Когда я накануне перебираю (как, например, вчера), я с утреца обязательно бегаю. Немного, километров 5. Занимает всего полчаса, но остатки хмеля из головы совершенно вышибает.  

Этот рецепт я почерпнул из жизнеописания Дж.Буша-мл.
